New Year
It is now time to start the new year. I spent the month of December in Seattle and had a perfectly awesome time. (Thank you Anne, I love you). I got to see about a million cool restaurants and drink like 2000 gallons of great beers. This was all in the name of research because I am planning on getting back into brewing my own beer, I used to about 15 years ago, but decided to stick with budweiser for the longest time. If you ask I will tell you. I am planning on moving to that city in June of '09 and could not be more excited. I have never lived in a city but now I am ready. I love being there. Always busy and always something to do or explore, or learn. I experienced record snow during my visit and had to delay my return for a couple of days because of bad weather. La Grande also had some record snowfall and was very cool to see when I got there on the 7th of Jan. Today I went to my orientation for the winter term of clinical practice and Mercy Medical Center in Nampa, Idaho and am now ready to begin my next to last term of nursing school. I am going to be in that facility for the next 6 months and they are treating me like an employee. Very cool. I am getting some comments like "after you start to work here". It is very confidence inspiring. I am pretty happy today. More later.
